Because your customized paddle is a one-of-a-kind product designed specifically by and for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.

Please double-check your design, colors, material, and combination selections carefully before finalizing your order.

If your paddle arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact info@round-lab.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos. We will review the issue and make it right where the claim is eligible.

Our guarantee covers structural factory defects. It does not cover cosmetic printing peel-off, normal aging, surface scratches from natural wear and tear, accidental abuse, or improper use on court.
